I’ve worked on countless projects and campaigns at Global Citizen since 2019.

For the first several months of my time with Global Citizen, I focused primarily on the Rewards and Loyalty program. I took a multifaceted approach to the program, focusing first on pitching Global Citizen to potential partners. I worked with the Rewards and Marketing teams to tell Global Citizen’s story. We crafted a pitch that gave a thorough overview of the organization and active campaigns, and connected the GC mission to partners in a way that made them feel valued and eager to join our project.

Next I focused on recipients of our social media posts and email correspondences. My goal was to present each new campaign, project, and call to action in the same way that I approached partnerships- I wanted readers to feel like our goals were their goals too, and that their action was integral to the achievement of those common goals. Just as important to me was enhancing the user experience and increasing engagement. I approached this by redesigning email flows, writing engaging copy and working closely with design teams to improve the quality and relevancy of visual content.
